The standard catering package starts at 21.99 per person. So what do you get for that? 

The Food

We serve the food buffet style with two meats, two sides, two desserts, and two beverages. 

Your meat choices are pulled pork BBQ, smoked chicken, smoked chicken salad, and chicken tenders. For a slight upcharge, you can also select beef brisket, baby back ribs, smoked spiral ham, or smoked salmon.

Side choices include baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, green beans, potato salad, fruit medley, tossed salad, sweet potato casserole, smoked taters, roasted corn, or colored greens.

For desserts, pick banana pudding, fried apples, chocolate and carrot cake, apple cherry and pecan pie, Peach and BlackBerry cobbler, cookies, or brownies.

And finally, you can either make a mix of bottled sodas and bottled water or sweet and unsweetened tea and pink lemonade. 

But you get much more than food with our catering. You also get our excellent service. We staff the table, serve your guests, and clean up when we’re done.

Add On for Graduation Party Catering (Or Any Event)

Are you looking for a little more for your graduation party catering or another event? You can add meat, sides, and beverages for a small upcharge. 

You can also make an event unforgettable with a smoker on-site or a whole pig roast!

Bulk Food Ordering

Of course, not everyone wants a full catered bash for their event. Whether you’re planning a graduation party, Father’s Day gathering, birthday, or something else, the person of honor’s tastes and preferences should be central to the event design. 

Some people love to be surrounded by people and lots of action. Others prefer a small, intimate gathering with family or a few close friends. 

If your honoree falls in the latter category, you may prefer to handle the hosting yourself and not have staff on-site for your party. In that case, consider either a takeout/ delivery order or a bulk food order. 

For delivery and takeout, follow our ordering form and let us handle the rest. 

If you want to order your meats and sides by the pound and put them together at your home, you can put in a bulk food order, take it home, and enjoy the feast.
