December marks a celebratory time of year for many religious and secular traditions. It begins with the Winter Solstice and Yule. This year, both Christmas and Hannukah start on December 25, followed by Kwanzaa and New Year. While people celebrate all these holidays a little differently, one thing they have in common with nearly every other celebration is good food! Of course, this time of year is about more than just food. Christmas and all the other winter holidays celebrate the spirit of giving. And while we’d love to focus on family and togetherness, let’s face it, people also want their presents!
